Eligibility Criteria

  •  Applicants must be 18 years or older.

  • Demonstrate proof of income or benefits (e.g., SSI, SSDI, housing voucher) sufficient to cover housing costs.

  • No animals are allowed at this time.

  • Must be physically and mentally capable of living independently without assistance.

  • Possess the ability to thrive in a shared living environment with minimal supervision.

  • Applicants should be ready to actively participate in household responsibilities, complete a background check, and share references from past landlords or case managers.

  • Applicants must follow all house rules

  • We value individuals who are committed to building a sense of community and contributing to a respectful, supportive living environment.

    3.    Submit required documentation (e.g., ID, income verification).

    4.    Await roommate compatibility assessment and availability.

    5.    Move in and join our community!

Month-to-Month license agreement

At Rawlin Residential Agency, our residents sign a license agreement rather than a traditional lease. This agreement allows you to occupy a bed in a shared living space on a month-to-month basis. Unlike a lease, a license agreement provides flexibility and focuses on fostering a safe and cooperative living environment. Think of it as similar to arrangements like a hotel stay, where the focus is on creating a comfortable and well-managed community for all guest.
